Step 8: Putting It All Together

Before Bed

A 2nd meditation is highly encouraged before you begin journaling. It doesn't have to be the full 15 minutes guided meditation from this morning (but it can be). Take at least 5 minutes to mediate on your day and collect yourself.

Journaling

This is the MOST IMPORTANT part of today’s work. You could skip everything else on this list of activities and only do this and you see noticeable improvement in your root chakras sense of balance.

Right after you listen to your second meditation of the day, bust out your journal and write out answers and thought on these journal prompts. If you don’t have a notebook to write this in, you can print out journaling pages at the end of today’s workbook.

Anahata Prompts

  • Write a (mini) letter of forgiveness to someone you’ve been in a conflict with.

  • Write a letter of forgiveness to yourself for a past mistake you struggle to let go of.

  • Write a letter of kindness to someone close to you. It can be good friend, family member, or a significant other. You also don't have to show them the letter (though you can). The goal is practice loving without expecting return.
