Symptoms of a Blocked Heart Chakra:

• Feeling a lack of empathy
• Anger, paranoia, and trust issues
• Feeling trapped in un-loving relationships
• Unable to let go of past wounds
• Weakened immune system
• A sense of grief or loss
• Insomnia
• Issues with heart health
• Tightness in the chest, shoulders, hands, and arms.
