Step 2: Daily Meditation

Reminders: Meditation is 15 minutes long. You don’t have to sit in a perfect meditative position, however you must be comfortable and fully relaxed. If it’s of interest to you, traditional you’ll want to sit on a yoga block or blanket in a kneeling or cross legged position. Try to keep a long spine and relax your hands in your lap. Close your eyes. Try to breath calmly and deeply and avoid getting distracted by other thoughts of what you have to do today or didn’t get done yesterday.
