Step 2: Daily Meditation

Your Daily Mediation


If this is your first time meditating, try not to be intimidated and don’t skip this. Each meditation for the next 7 days is only 15 minutes long, which means there’s no excuse for not having enough time.


You don’t have to sit in perfect meditative position, however you should be comfortable and fully relaxed. If it’s of interest to you, traditionally you’ll want to sit on a yoga block or blanket in a kneeling or cross legged position. Try to keep a long spine and relax your hands in your lap.


When you begin your meditation, just listen. Try to breath calmly and deeply and avoid getting distracted by other thoughts of what you have to do today or didn’t get done yesterday.
