What to expect in this course

Welcome parents & students! If you’re reading this right now then I’M SO GLAD YOU’RE HERE!

I’m super excited to meet you in our Zoom classes and I can’t wait to get to know you more in this course.

We’re going to have so much fun over these 10 weeks! If you don’t know what this course is yet because your mom or dad just signed you up I’ll give you a quick review on what this course is!

This is a mindfulness course. Which basically means that you are going to be learning about yourselves all while having fun.

If you have heard the word "mindfulness" before, you might be worried that I’m going to make you do yoga and meditate the whole class… while we definitely will be doing this a little in all the classes that’s NOT all of what we’re going to do!

What we will be doing is finding new ways to learn about what's going on inside our hearts and minds though fun activities that will be different every class! So maybe one class we’ll be painting and the other we’ll be writing songs and dancing!

I hope this gets you PUMPED for our first lesson together on October 13th and if you have ANY questions during the course I will always be available though my e-mail [email protected] or you can leave questions & comments on our lectures (parents, you can give your kids a hand here).

See you soon!

How this Course Works:

This is a quick reiteration of how this course will work.

Every Tuesday and Thursday, all students will join me for a live Zoom session where I'll teach them all about each topic of mindfulness.

You will find the link to the coming Zoom sessions on the corresponding lectures on this course curriculum page.

The course is totally low maintenance for parents. My goal is to make lessons as fun and engaging as possible so your kids learn and so you, the parent, can have focused time working on your own life projects (so basically I'm also your babysitter).

As you can see, I've included a list of everything you child will need for crafts/activities for each week. At the start of each week, I’ll send you a checklist of things they’ll need for the week's lessons (ie. a blanket, pillows, space to move, etc.)

It’s the easiest + most beneficial thing you can sign your kids up for this year!
