Day 3: Push + Pull Workout

This series will help you develop a strong, functional upper body. A strong upper body allows you to transfer energy from the ground into your arms, so you can effectively generate more power.

This video will cover all the exercises, but I've broken them down into three separate workouts for you to learn. Each workout gets progressively harder so master the first one before going on to the next.
