Day 5: Posterior Chain Workout

The posterior chain is made up of the glutes, hamstrings, and calves. They are important muscles for staying athletic and injury free, yet they are often not trained enough.

These workouts have a lot of important prehab movements that will prepare your body for the two big lifts, The Squat and The Deadlift. They are an important piece of the puzzle so don't skip them.
