WHY TUMBLING?
When you hear TUMBLING you probably think of competitive gymnasts doing triple backflips off of bars and think it's dangerous or intimidating.
Competitive gymnastics is an extreme of tumbling and that’s NOT what we’re teaching here
Tumbling is simply learning how to move you body in new, dynamic ways.
It teaches discipline, coordination, strength, and it lays a foundation of athleticism that children can apply in all sports. Not to mention it's simply fun!
And with the right learning system, it can help them improve their other sports.
WHAT MAKES THIS COURSE SPECIAL
You can teach your kid tumbling almost anywhere! As two coaches with 20 years of experience in fitness and gymnastics, this course has hours of instruction on skill progressions, how to spot your child safely, conditioning program, and fun games.
WHAT'S IN THIS COURSE
This course includes 40+ video tutorials in which we guide your kids through classes teaching each of the skills they need along with 2 videos to be done in real time following along with a class guided by one of our coaches, Victor.
We've also added checklist worksheets with 4 different skill levels to make sure you teach your child the correct progression and keep them safe.
WHAT AGE IS THIS COURSE FOR?
This course is best for kids ages 3 to 12. There are two guided classes that are great for 3 to 5 year olds. Older kids will love all the handstand and backbend variations this course teaches.
GYMNASTICS IS A GREAT FORM OF EXERCISE FOR KIDS
It teaches determination, strength, and coordination while also being fun. And it lays a foundation of athleticism that children can apply in all sports.
